Top Sandbox Games Performance in Kenya Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the sandbox game genre in Kenya displayed varied performances across different titles, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Roblox by Roblox Corporation experienced a significant boost in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $8.6K at the end of December. Weekly downloads also surged, particularly in mid-December, hitting around 21.4K, while active users grew steadily from 172.7K to nearly 299K by the quarter’s end.

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! from Mojang saw modest revenue increases, finishing the quarter with $382. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 80 in late December, and active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 3.3K.

Blockman GO by GVERSE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. showed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, ending the quarter with almost 2.9K. Revenue was modest, with a peak of $69 in early December, and active users rose from 2.9K to 7.3K.

Melon: Sandbox by Payge Ltd had a varied quarter with downloads peaking at 629 in mid-November. Revenue remained low, with only sporadic earnings, and active users increased from 2.1K to nearly 2.8K by December's end.
